Oversees project management and partner relations across the Triguna portfolio. Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University. Brings a meticulous approach to large-scale development, with deep experience managing multi-phase construction timelines and coordinating stakeholders across simultaneous projects.

UT Austin and Georgetown-trained data scientist who architects Triguna's quantitative market-analysis framework. Currently a data scientist in the healthcare industry, Neil builds the models that drive market selection, site feasibility, and demand analysis across the portfolio, pairing analytical rigor with financial discipline.
